Please provide:

  • Name on charge card, card number, expiration date & billing address of the card.
  • Shipping address & telephone number
  • Quantity and description of items requested, including the product number
  • CALIFORNIA RESIDENTS: Add 7.75% Sales tax

Shopping Cart Instructions
How to use the shopping cart:

  1. Please make sure your cookies are turned on. To do this in Internet Explorer, go to Tools, then Internet Options. In Internet Options, click on the Privacy tag. The site should work on the High setting - but we recommend the Medium High setting. The site will NOT work on the Block all Cookies setting.
  2. Click on the Home button to get to the main storefront. From there the categories are on your left. You can click on each item for more information and a larger picture.
  3. Once you have selected an item by clicking the Add to Basket button, DO NOT USE THE BACK KEY. This may remove the item from your shopping cart or cause errors in the shopping cart software. Instead, use the menu at the top or the categories to the side.
  4. When you are done shopping, hit the checkout button. First time users will have the option of creating a new account. If you choose to do this, your address and shipping information will be stored for your next visit. You also have the option of placing the order without creating an account.
  5. (Please note that your login name and password are case-sensitive.)
  6. At this screen, you will be asked to choose which type of credit card you are using.
  7. On the next screen you will input your credit card information. Once you click on the continue button, this will submit your order.

Because we want you to be happy, we will do our best to correct any problems under our control.

All refund/replacement issues must be addressed within 10 days of receiving your package. All refunds will be in the same manner as the payment for the order.

To be eligible for return/replacement, all items must be sent back un-used, and not damaged or impaired. You are responsible for any shipping/handling/insurance costs back to us.
